So, I had a dream this morning that I found money.

The dream took place in a neighborhood I lived in when I was 12 shortly before my dad retired from the Army. We haven't lived in that neighborhood in 10 years, however, since shortly after we moved out of it the military tore it down to build new houses. Anyhow, a friend of mine from college, AJ (who I didn't meet until college, but really hadn't talked to since my junior year and I've graduated now) appears in the dream and he's lost money around the neighborhood and he's looking for it. I don't know this fact originally, though.

I'm walking along, however, and I keep finding $5 bills nestled in the grass and along people's porches and along the sidewalks in the neighborhood. The number of $5 bills I end up picking up almost makes it seem like I was on some kind of money easter egg hunt.

Meanwhile, AJ is walking around trying to recover the money he's lost. Later on in the dream as I keep finding more and more money, someone else (a person I don't know) comes along and tells me that AJ is looking for a bunch of money that he lost. I start wondering what's going on and end up seeking to avoid him because when I see him in the neighborhood, he's furious. I don't necessarily know why he's mad, but I suspect it had something to do with his money. The part I don't get, though, is that why is it that I was able to find all this money lying around in the grass, but AJ who is actively looking for the money doesn't see it?

Either way, I see him and hide from him mostly because he's pissed and I have a bunch of money I've found and I don't want his wrath upon me. At one point, someone comes along and tells me he's looking for me specifically. Later, I come within five feet of him, but somehow he doesn't see me.

I'm able to get past him and make it back to my house. There are more $5 bills to pick up, but for some reason, I leave those. I go up to my room and dump all the $5 bills I've found onto my bed. I look at each one and I start realizing that some of them are fakes. Either they're much shorter than real US $5 bills or they've got a cartoon version of some man (who isn't even Lincoln) scrawled on them or one even appears to be printed with lavender ink on purple paper. Others, however, are not fake.

I don't know what I did with the money because as the dream was progressing, the phone rang and I woke up. :\

This dream is interesting me to me because I've recently endeavored to start a new business and I've been arguing with myself over what to charge for even the most basic level services my web application offers. I don't know if this is somehow an indicator of something that may happen with my business or what. But, I think it'd be interesting to have other takes on it.

You have dreamed about finding money, and it seems that it is in reality connected with your plans and your business. Your dream is as well warning as good sign for the future. You will succeed but only if your plans and actions will be well designed. You need to develop strategy for your business not only for this moment but you have to imagine how you expect to run it in the future. You did not find all the money and some of that you have found is fake so it suggests that you do not reach all what you are able to reach from your business. Do not lose heart and good luck!
